Over the last 19 years, I’ve honed my skills and expertise in helping homeowners sell their single-family or multi-family properties.

I have earned five nationally recognized designations, including SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), of which I am one of two in Queens, NY and CPE (Certified Probate Expert), of which I am currently the only one serving Queens. I also hold the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations.

The steps to selling a home are usually the same from start to finish.  Rather than taking a cookie-cutter approach, I customize every element of the process based on your needs.  The most important thing, from the beginning, is to listen to you – your timeline, your fears and concerns, your goals – and how to achieve the perfect combination of communication, marketing and negotiations – to sell your home with the best possible outcome.
